Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

2. We reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
